Melinda’s journey is deeply rooted in resilience. As a gun violence survivor, she endured a heartbreaking tragedy when her friend died in her arms during a violent incident that should have been a joyful celebration. Instead of being defined by this adversity, Melinda transformed it into a catalyst, becoming a passionate advocate for emotional intelligence, personal growth, and purposeful leadership.
